At DEVISEGE, we want you to love your purchase. Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at devisege13@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right!

Custom orders (personalized mugs and t-shirts) are non-refundable once production has started.

By purchasing from DEVISEGE, you agree to provide accurate information and that all custom designs submitted are owned by you or you have rights to use them. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright or contains inappropriate content.
